Location: Gurgaon

Job Overview: We are looking for an Executive Payroll, Compliance & Vendor Management specialist to take ownership of payroll processes, manage statutory compliance related to labor laws, oversee vendor relationships, and maintain our compensation and benefits programs accurately and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for on-roll and off-roll employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, incentives, and bonuses.
• Verify and process reimbursement claims.

2. Statutory Compliance:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns, such as PF, ESI, and professional tax, within stipulated deadlines.

3. Challan Submission:

• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual challans for PF, ESI, professional tax, and other statutory deductions.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and adjust payroll processes accordingly.

4. Annual Returns and Audits:

• Coordinate and manage the filing of annual returns and conduct internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance.
• Assist in responding to government authorities and auditors during inspections and inquiries.

5. Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with third-party manpower agencies and other vendors.
• Ensure compliance with vendor contracts, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

6. Compensation and Benefits:

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and efficient administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Assist employees with queries related to compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in human resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 Yrs) in payroll management, statutory compliance, and vendor management.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and taxation regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
