Hiring For IBM MDM Technical Consultant with AWS Cloud

You will be a key contributor to our AWS Cloud migration project, responsible to migrate IBM MDM solution from an on-premises infrastructure to the AWS Cloud. Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition, leveraging AWS services, and ensuring that data management processes are optimised and scalable in the cloud environment. Your expertise in IBM MDM will play a key role in ensuring the success of our migration project

• Develop and implement a detailed migration strategy for transitioning the IBM MDM platform from on-premises to AWS Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate existing applications to the AWS Cloud platform.
  • Design a secure, scalable and high performance architecture on AWS for MDM workloads.
  • Migrate and reconfigure IBM MDM applications and components to run efficiently in AWS Cloud.
  • Implement Optimization to enhance the performance and scalability of the MDM solution in the Cloud Environment.
  Must have:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with IBM MDM, including installation, configuration, and administration
  • Proficiency in managing integrations between IBM MDM and various systems, ensuring data synchronization and integrity across platforms.
  • Familiarity with IBM WebSphere Application Server administration, including deployment, clustering, and performance tuning for MDM applications.
  • Knowledge of IBM MDM data model design and implementation, including entity types, relationships, and data governance principles.
  • Understanding of migration strategies and best practices for moving on-premises IBM MDM applications to AWS cloud infrastructure.
  Good to have:
  • Proficient in AWS Cloud services, including Lambda, EC2, S3, and RDS.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripting, Python) for automation of deployment tasks and system monitoring in AWS environments.
  • Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools for data integration with IBM MDM, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • in-depth knowledge in IBM Buildforge including setup, configuration and management of batch job scheduling.
  • Experience in deployment and Scheduling batch jobs in BuildForge server.
