Production Head

Role Overview: The Production Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process, ensuring high standards of quality, timely delivery, cost efficiency, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in footwear or fashion production, supply chain management, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production strategies that align with the companys growth objectives.
• Manage end-to-end production processes, from material sourcing to final product delivery.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure quality control standards are met at every stage of production.
• Optimize production costs while maintaining high-quality output.
• Oversee vendor management, including identifying and developing relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.
• Monitor production timelines and proactively address any bottlenecks.
• Implement sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices.
• Lead and mentor a production team, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
• Analyze production data to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in footwear, fashion, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and supply chain operations.
• Experience in vendor management and sourcing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Understanding of sustainable and ethical production practices.
• Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
