Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for customer relationship management with customer for luxurious project.
• Handling process & documentation from Booking till possession.
• Responsible for end to end documentation with regards to real estate like registration process, allotment / demand letters, possession letters etc.
• End to end Stamp Duty and Registration follow-up.
• Coordination with bankers for speedy sanction / disbursement of loans.
• Responsible for banking relationships/collection and possession formalities
• Handling all Customer Transactions like transfers, bookings, name additions, deletions etc.
• Maintaining Weekly, Monthly report.
• Database management

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from real estate background with good communication and excel skill.
