Role Overview :

We are looking for an entry-level PHP Developer with hands-on experience in PHP, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and working with PHP Laravel framework. In this role, you will focus on developing, testing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse web development projects and improve your skills in backend technologies, databases, and web application architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- PHP Development : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using PHP (Core PHP and Object-Oriented PHP).

- Laravel Framework : Develop and maintain web applications using the PHP Laravel framework, following best practices for routing, controllers, models, and views.

- Database Management : Design, optimize, and manage databases with a strong understanding of SQL, including the ability to create complex queries and database structures.

- Frontend Integration : Work alongside frontend developers to integrate frontend designs and ensure the smooth exchange of data between the frontend and backend.

- Problem Solving : Identify and implement the best solutions for web application challenges, including debugging and optimizing backend systems.

- User Authentication & Authorization : Implement secure user authentication and authorization systems across multiple platforms, servers, and environments.

- Version Control & Tools : Use development tools such as Composer, NPM, Git, and Docker to improve workflows, manage dependencies, and handle version control.

- AJAX and JavaScript : Collaborate on producing dynamic, interactive web applications using JavaScript and jQuery, including AJAX functionality to enhance user experience.

- Testing & Debugging : Ensure that the code you deliver is tested, bug-free, and functional. Pay attention to details to ensure the product is stable and works under various conditions.

- Documentation : Document the development process, code, and application changes to ensure clarity for future updates and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Backend Development : Strong experience with PHP (Core PHP, Object-Oriented PHP) for backend development.

- PHP Framework : Hands-on experience with the Laravel PHP framework for developing scalable and maintainable web applications.

- Database Knowledge : Proficiency in SQL database concepts, with experience writing complex SQL queries, creating tables, and optimizing database performance.

- JavaScript & jQuery : Working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery, particularly for producing dynamic and responsive web applications through AJAX.

- Development Tools : Familiarity with tools such as Composer (PHP dependency manager), NPM (Node package manager), Git (for version control), and Docker (for containerization).

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement efficient solutions.

- Attention to Detail : Ability to focus on testing and debugging to ensure the code is delivered in a clean and working state.

- User Authentication : Understanding of implementing user authentication and authorization mechanisms across multiple environments and systems.

Preferred Skills :

- Web Security : Knowledge of best practices for securing web applications, such as prevention of SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and cross-site request forgery (CSRF).

- API Integration : Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating external services.

- Performance Optimization : Understanding of how to optimize code and database queries for improved

application performance.
