Job Title: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Executive B2B and B2C

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated SCM Executive to oversee and manage supply chain operations

across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management,

order fulfilment, and logistics coordination to optimize costs and improve delivery performance. The

role requires close collaboration with internal teams, third-party logistics partners, and marketplace

platforms to maintain seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid stockouts and

overstocking.

• Manage SKU-wise stock allocations across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels.
• Ensure proper storage, picking, and packing processes for streamlined warehouse

operations.

Order Fulfilment & Logistics:

• Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with Amazon, Myntra, and other marketplace platforms for smooth order

execution.

• Work with logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and delivery timelines.
• Monitor Easy Ship and FBA order flow and address any fulfilment challenges.

B2B & D2C Operations:

Process bulk orders for B2B clients while ensuring compliance with trade agreements.

• Manage D2C shipping, optimizing courier selection based on serviceability and cost.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies with demand

forecasts.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and on-

time delivery rates.

• Analyze logistics costs and suggest cost-saving measures.

• Generate reports on order status, stock levels, and fulfillment performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in SCM, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.

• Strong knowledge of Uniware (WMS) and inventory control.

• Familiarity with Amazon FBA, Easy Ship, Myntra, Nykaa and other marketplace fulfilment

models.

• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

• Exposure to last-mile delivery optimization and cost reduction strategies.
