Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of spares and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
• Process warranty claims, invoices, and other documentation related to spare parts sales.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including inventory management and customer interactions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding spare parts storage, handling, and distribution.
