Job Description

We seek an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter for our organization. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment that aligns with our business objectives and fosters a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Masters Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in IT Recruitment.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with business goals.
Experience with HR information systems and data analytics.

Required Skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong knowledge of current technical trends and terminology.
Familiarity with technical interview processes, including coding challenges, whiteboard exercises, and behavioral interviews.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and timelines simultaneously.
Ability to assess technical resumes and portfolios, and effectively screen candidates for technical competence.
Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles at various levels (mid level to senior-level) in a service based or tech company.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.)
