1. Inward Operations:

• Verify the receipt of goods (raw materials, tools, spare parts) against purchase orders using ERP/SAP.
• Generate and manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the system for all incoming materials.

2. Outward Operations:

• Issue raw materials and tools for production as per system-generated requests or schedules.
• Record material issuance and finished goods dispatches in ERP/SAP for seamless tracking.
• Generate delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch records from ERP/SAP systems.

3. Inventory Management:

• Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels to avoid stock discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
• Manage stock in an organized manner to ensure easy retrieval and prevent damage.
• Flag low stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment of inventory.

4. Serial Number Management:

• Assign, track, and maintain serial numbers for valuable parts, components, and products.
• Ensure accurate logging of serial numbers in ERP/SAP or other inventory systems.
• Monitor serial numbers through the entire lifecycle: procurement, storage, usage, maintenance, and disposal.
• Maintain detailed records of serial number history for traceability and reporting..

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of injection moulding machine components, such as moulds, screws, nozzles, heaters, motors, and hydraulic systems.
• Expertise in working with ERP/SAP systems for inventory management and serial number tracking.
• Familiarity with barcode/QR code systems for serial number tagging and scanning.
• Proficient in preparing delivery challans, GRNs, and stock reconciliation reports.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards related to manufacturing.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, store operations, or supply chain roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience in the plastic/injection moulding industry is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in managing serial number tracking for valuable parts (e.g., hydraulic systems, or machine components).
