Project Executive

• Responsible to coordinate with the IPCs for scouting Properties and when required by the Business Solution team
• Working with developers from the stage of master planning to project delivery updates for the BTS projects
• Coordinating for various internal fitout contractors for work execution on site
• Responsible for co-ordination with the internal legal team for verifying & ascertaining the documents and submission for final review.
• Responsible for understanding the Specification sheet documents for BTS (Build to Suit) and RTM (Ready to Move) warehouse requirements.
• Responsible for master planning & designing of layout as per BTS requirement.
• Responsible for arranging meetings with the IPC consultants & developers for further discussions.
• Monitoring the quality of the work and reporting for any anomalies.
• Involve in procurement and execution of contracts for all internal fitouts.
• Verifying quantity actual vs drawing at site and conduct measurements for the WIP / completed tasks.
• Good knowledge of drawing drafting ( Autocad 2D/3D or equivalent software)
• Build client and vendor relationships
• Communicate with upper management and work on developing strategic goals and objectives
