Role & responsibilities

w To ensure functional status of infrastructure in the designated area in coordination with other departments

w To ensure upkeep of the area as per the defined standards of the institution.

w To ensure excellent delivery of the patient care as per defined standards and objectives.

w To benchmark services of the designated area to the best of the institution around and achieve the standards in a specified time period.

w To ensure the display of promotional literature at appropriate places in coordination with other departments like marketing etc.

w To ensure optimum excellence in service, client satisfaction and planned profitability

w Develop and encourage new ideas of innovations for competitiveness.
