Finance Executive

Paras Health is hiring finance executive for Gurgaon location.

Location: Corporate office

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Data Management:

1. Maintain, update, and analyze financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledgers.
2. Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros) for data analysis and reporting.

Hospital Packages Management:

1. Design, implement, and monitor pricing for hospital packages, including surgical, diagnostic, and wellness packages.
2. Ensure the accurate reflection of package details in billing systems.
3. Analyze the financial performance and utilization of hospital packages, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with clinical and billing teams to ensure package inclusions and exclusions are clearly communicated to patients.
5. Update package pricing in compliance with hospital policies and market trends.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

1. Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts for hospital operations.
2. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial performance.

Revenue Cycle Management:

1. Collaborate with billing teams to track payments, pending claims, and receivables.
2. Generate reports on revenue from various hospital services (e.g., OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and packages).

Process Optimization:

1. Develop and implement financial models in Excel to streamline reporting processes.
2. Provide recommendations to enhance financial workflows and package offerings.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, charts, macros).
• Familiarity with hospital financial systems and ERP software (preferred).

Financial Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycles, cost structures, hospital packages, and regulatory compliance.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Educational Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Preferred: MBA in Finance or certification in Advanced Excel/Financial Modeling.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proven expertise in working with Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in managing hospital packages or similar healthcare financial products is an advantage.
