Working days and timings: Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 6.30pm

Experience: 3-4 yrs

Qualification: B.E and/or any graduation with relevant experience.

Required skills:

- Proven working experience in technical writing of hardware documentation such as user manuals, technical manuals, design manuals, etc.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job description:

- Develop and maintain technical documents, including user manuals, product guides, and API documentation, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and user-friendly.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, such as engineers and developers, to gather and interpret complex technical information.
- Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy, adhering to company style guides and standards.
- Focus on creating content that meets the needs of end-users, making technical information easy to understand and use.
- Utilize various documentation tools and platforms to create, manage, and publish content.
