Responsibilities:
A. Documentation Management:
Organize, maintain, and update employee records both digitally and in physical files;
Ensure that all employee documentation is complete, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and labour laws;
Prepare onboarding documents, and other relevant paperwork.
B. Background Verification:
Coordinate and execute background verification checks for new hires and current employees as required;
Liaise with third-party verification agencies to facilitate timely and accurate background checks;
Review and verify BGV reports, and escalate discrepancies or concerns with HR Senior Manager/Immediate Superiors/HODs
C. Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding documentation or verification-related queries.
Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in audits related to employee records and compliance checks.
D. Administrative Support:
Support HR functions by providing general administrative assistance as needed.
Requirements:
* Graduate with minimum 6 months experience in HR, preferably in documentation and background verification;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
