Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GSAP. Utilize the Finsweet ecosystem, Client-First framework, and Finsweet/Refokus Attributes to build scalable, reusable components. Integrate third-party APIs and write custom scripts to add advanced functionalities. Create dynamic, interactive web experiences using tools like SplideJS and custom vanilla JavaScript. Implement GSAP animations where needed, ensuring the website is optimized for performance by minimizing the use of Webflows native animations. Work on SEO best practices and maintain a strong focus on delivering SEO-optimized websites. Integrate analytics and tracking tools like GA-4, Hotjar, and Microclarity for data-driven insights. Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life, ensuring designs are translated into functional, performant websites. Manage Webflow components and variants to ensure scalability and consistency across pages and features. Communicate effectively and work autonomously, managing complex tasks and projects from start to finish. Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies. Requirements:.
A degree in a technical or analytical field (BE/BCA or equivalent). 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience developing user interfaces in close collaboration with designers. Proven experience working on projects using Webflow, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and/or a solid understanding of SQL and database concepts. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A sharp eye for design and a talent for translating Figma mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow pages.
A keen focus on visual accuracy and quality is essential. A strong enthusiasm for creative product strategy and contributing to innovative digital experiences. Fee:Around 7 to 10 LPA.
