Inside Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering relationships with
potential clients, and contributing to the expansion of our innovative product line.
Responsibilities
Initial Contact: Initiate contact with prospects via inbound and outbound phone calls. Introduce the company and our CPaaS services,
providing a brief overview and assessing the prospect's interest.
Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough needs assessment during conversations to understand the prospect's communication challenges
and requirements. Use probing questions to identify pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.
Presentation: Customize presentations of our CPaaS offerings based on the prospect's needs. Highlight key features, benefits, and relevant
use cases to demonstrate how our solutions can address their specific business needs.
Overcoming Objections: Address any queries or concerns raised by prospects effectively. Utilize in-depth knowledge of our solutions to
provide clarification, offer solutions, and present testimonials and case studies as needed.
Closing the Sale: Guide prospects through the sales process, negotiating terms, discussing pricing, and overcoming final objections to
secure the sale.
Follow-up and Documentation: Follow up with prospects after closing the sale, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding process by
providing necessary documents and paperwork.
Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with customer success or onboarding teams to facilitate proper training and support for new customers,
ensuring they can effectively utilize the CPaaS platform.
Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data throughout the sales process to evaluate strategies' effectiveness and identify areas for
improvement to enhance future sales efforts.
Education and Qualiï¬cations
Any Graduate or Post Graduate qualifications are accepted, with additional knowledge of the tech field being advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales or a similar customer-facing role is required.
Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.
Familiarity with sales techniques, including objection handling and closing deals, is expected.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets is necessary.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment is essential.
