Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to join our team at our Ahmedabad office. This role involves bulk hiring for multiple accounting positions across various regions (UK, US, and Middle East), working closely with hiring managers, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, assessing, and hiring accounting professionals, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bulk Hiring: Manage high-volume recruitment for accounting roles across different regions (UK, US, and Middle East) for Ahmedabad, Indore and Trivandrum locations.
• Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, with a focus on social media, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
• Candidate Assessment: Administer and evaluate accounting tests to assess candidates' technical skills.
• Interviewing: Conduct prescreening interviews, in-person interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for various accounting roles.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication between candidates and the hiring team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand requirements and align recruitment efforts.
• Offer Generation: Prepare and negotiate offers, ensuring the best candidates are successfully onboarded.
• Document Verification: Manage document collection, verification, and maintain accuracy throughout the hiring process.
• Metrics Management: Use MS Excel to track recruitment metrics, pipeline data, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Team Player: Foster a collaborative work environment and actively contribute to team goals.
• Proactive and Aggressive Approach: Maintain a proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment, continuously improving sourcing and hiring strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the accounting or finance domain.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel to manage recruitment data, track metrics, and generate reports.
• Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to meet hiring targets.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close candidates and manage offers effectively.
• Social Media Sourcing: Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sourcing talent.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in Bulk Hiring: Experience in managing large-scale recruitment processes and high-volume hiring campaigns.

This role includes managing walk-in drive and campus hiring as well as and when it is required.
