AM / DM - Talent Acquisition (Non IT)

Responsible for understanding the requirement and source profiles accordingly.
Strong in sourcing and candidate management
Manage stakeholders.
Responsible for complete end to end recruitment starting from JD creation to offer.

Desired Profile
Any degree an MBA with 5 to 10 yrs of experience in recruitment for non IT positions
Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill
Good understanding of various position and market.
Task oriented, Innovative and good at managing multiple projects

NON IT industry (No IT or ITES or Generalist please)
Industry - Should have experience working for Thermal Power plants, Renewables, Power, or EPC companies.
Speaking in - Hindi and English is must, Telugu is a plus
