Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned requisitions, including:
Job posting and advertising
Sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
Screening resumes and applications
Conducting phone and in-person interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Managing candidate feedback and communication
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Targeted Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies specifically aimed at attracting and engaging male candidates from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, creating a positive candidate experience.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the recruitment process meets their expectations.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the US job market and talent landscape.
Reporting and Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Employer Branding: Represent the company's employer brand and promote its reputation as an employer of choice.
Note: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are Mandatory
