Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles within the US market.
Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify top talent.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Management:

Conduct detailed screenings and assessments to match candidates with the right job opportunities.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Client Interaction:

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, technical requirements, and company culture.
Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process, including candidate feedback and market insights.
Advise clients on recruitment strategies, compensation trends, and candidate availability.
Market Research and Analysis:

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the US IT market.
Conduct market research to understand the demand for specific technical skills and roles.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams based on market analysis.
