Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including web analytics, social media, email campaigns, and CRM systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor campaign performance and business metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track campaign effectiveness.
- Use statistical methods and tools to forecast trends, assess risks, and evaluate ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to ensure our analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Key Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
