The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the business development initiatives of Pandorum. This individual will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the development and execution of strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent analytical skills, and a good understanding of the biotech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis:
o Assess market to analyze scope and growth opportunities for Pandorum product pipeline
o Provide industry insights to the top management with regards to competition, potential investors and various market and technology trends in the Life Sciences industry
2. Business Opportunity Identification:
o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations.
o Assess the feasibility and potential impact of new initiatives on the companys growth and runway.
3. Strategic Planning:
o Analyze scientific, clinical, financial, and strategic information and overall business performance of the company to identify business implications. Accordingly provide data backed actionable insights to the top management
o Work directly with the top management in fundraising efforts of the firm and drive strategic initiatives. This includes developing new fundraising materials, performing due diligence, share insights on strategies and plans related to fund raising, etc.
o Crunch RD data to share actionable business insights with relevant stakeholders
4. Financial Analysis:
o Perform Modeling and optimizing commercialization scenarios for portfolio therapies
o Develop and maintain company financial forecasts and valuation models
5. Stakeholder Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, and collaborators.
o Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
o Ensure timely and accurate reporting of business development activities and outcomes.
