Sr. Research Scientist - Cellular Engineering

Job Profile:

1. Lead and build high performing, multi-disciplinary team to conduct research and development related to Pandorums technology platform supporting the product core (including Cellular Tissue Engineering, Exosomes, and Organoid based proprietary technology)
2. Guide a team of Scientists towards establishing various protocols with high quality, generate reproducible SOPs compatible with cGMP process for technology/knowledge transfer for clinical grade production
3. Define, plan and execute the platform and product vision, strategy and roadmap. Develop and manage the program timelines and drive achievements of key milestones
4. Define metrics and set targets to constantly measure success of the products
5. Supervise existing and initiate new interactions with clients, collaborators including various entities such as clinical, regulatory, CROs
6. Contribute to the companys IP portfolio as an integral part of company asset development and maintenance
7. Write technical and business reports, grant applications, publications, attend and present at meetings/conferences
8. Generate data for company newsletter, website, social media, printed journals, etc.

Work Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Required Skills / Experience

• PhD with relevant industry experience between 7 to 12 years
• Experience of working on Exosomes/Stem Cells/Tissue Engineering
• Publications related to mammalian cell culture, animal studies, etc.
