Deputy Manager/Manager- Ecommerce

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage and grow relationships with key online business channels such as D2C, Amazon, Flipkart and other ecommerce sites, including Quick commerce.

2.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

3. Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve performance.

4. Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns of Amazon, Fipkart & Quick commerce, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives

5. Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.

6. Gather and leverage customer insights to drive product improvements and enhance the customer experience.

7. Negotiate terms and conditions with online partners to maximize profitability and ensure favorable outcomes.

8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and account status.

9. Work closely with other departments including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Who has managed Amazon/Flipkart Vendor Central and Quick Ecommerce, Manage sales plans, business plans, and the new vendor onboarding process, Promotion management and campaign management, Product development for e-commerce sales, Manage TOT and negotiate terms in favor of the brand, RTV management
