Primary Skill :
- In-depth experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a focus on Financial Management, CRM, and at least one end-to-end implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of finance and CRM modules in Business Central, including configuration and process optimization
- Experience in requirement gathering and converting raw requirements into actionable design documents.
- Knowledge of any add-on solution on top of NAV/BC in any domain will be good to have.
- Demonstrable experience in effectively supporting finance teams and the ability to articulate the service demands and proposed solutions
- Good working knowledge of business finance in a project-based environment.
- Previous experience working in a 2nd line support position
- Experienced with Financial Systems, including business requirements analysis and the use of an IT Service Management tools
- A personable, approachable character will work well in this environment. Someone who can empathize and provide solutions
- Have excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have :
- Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules within Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of add-on solutions or customizations built on NAV/Business Central in any domain.
Must-Have :
- At least two full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience in Data migration.
- Demonstrable ability to configure, and deliver Business Central solutions that address financial and CRM business requirements.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Implement Dynamics Business Central modules like Finance, Inventory Management, Sales/Purchase Management and CRM.
- Provide second line support of systems within the Financial Systems teams system
- Review and maintain user requests and system changes within the IT Service Management tool.
- Adhere to and promote business request and change management processes
- Review and resolve workflow errors.
- Review and resolve interface error logs.
- Undertake unit testing and provide support for full user acceptance testing for system upgrades and fix deployments.
- Maintain designs of third party documents produced by systems, in line with business requirements
- Undertake configuration changes in line with business requirements and appropriate approvals
- Undertake root cause analysis for repeating issues, and propose systems and process improvements
- Undertake stakeholder management to recommend system solutions and improvements
- Analyse business processes and information flows in line with business project
- Review and refine processes to improve efficiencies as applicable with the relevant process owner
- Deliver training to end-users on the effective utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the system.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation to facilitate ongoing learning and system adoption.
