Functional Consultant - Microsoft Navision/Business Central (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze client business requirements.

- Design and configure Microsoft Navision/Business Central solutions to meet client needs.

- Conduct gap analysis and develop functional specifications.

- Implement and customize Navision/Business Central modules.

- Provide user training and support.

- Develop and maintain documentation.

- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Navision/Business Central features and updates.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3+ years, 5+ years) as a Microsoft Navision/Business Central Functional Consultant.

- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, manufacturing, supply chain, or sales.

- Deep knowledge of Navision/Business Central functionality and modules.

- Experience with Navision/Business Central implementation and configuration.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points :

- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics Navision/Business Central.

- Experience with specific industry verticals (e.g, manufacturing, distribution).

- Experience with data migration and integration.

- Knowledge of SQL Server and database administration.

- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
