We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Developer to lead the development of advanced AI-driven WhatsApp chatbots leveraging Metas platform. This is a unique opportunity to build cutting-edge conversational experiences that drive meaningful user interactions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure AI-powered chatbots for WhatsApp using MetaWhatsApp Business API.
- Integrate advanced AI capabilities (e.g., natural language processing, machine learning, and generative AI models) to enable dynamic and context-aware interactions.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to define and implement chatbot features.
    
    Optimize chatbot performance and user experience through rigorous testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.
    
    Implement advanced automation workflows, including payment systems, CRM integration, and third-party APIs.
    
    Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance chatbot capabilities.
    
    Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for the chatbot development team.
    
    Requirements Qualifications
    Technical Skills
    
    Programming Languages : Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or equivalent.
    
    AI/ML Expertise : Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI API for implementing NLP and machine learning models.
    
    WhatsApp Business API : Deep knowledge of configuring and deploying chatbots on the WhatsApp platform.
    
    Database Management : Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
    
    Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting and scaling applications.
    
    APIs and Integrations : Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks.
    
    Version Control : Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.
    Soft Skills
    
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
