Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the entire lifecycle management of the chatbots, from conceptualization and data training to refinement and deployment
- Enhance client engagement and satisfaction through cutting-edge AI solutions
- In order to ensure alignment with SAAS product objectives, oversee the whole chatbot creation lifecycle, from initial data training and model development to product deployment and client integration
- As the teams leader and primary resource, mentor and advance the technical skills of the teams junior AI developers and guarantee the completion of high-caliber SaaS projects
- Using the clients data, develop AI chatbots that other media businesses can utilize.
- Lead the development of large language models (LLM) tailored to chatbot functionality, with an emphasis on performance and user engagement optimization
- Work together with development teams to create strict documentation guidelines that will help to make chatbot development methods and technologies easier to understand and share knowledge about
- Oversee the adjusting and personalization of chatbot initiatives to fulfill particular customer needs, utilizing cutting-edge methods to improve AI chatbot responsiveness and relevancy
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
- At least 9+ years of relevant experience as an AI Developer
- Solid expertise in building/improving LLMs
- Proficiency in Python, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
- Solid expertise with ML Frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of deconstructing complex issues into actionable items
- Excellent proficiency in English, encompassing both verbal and written communication skills
