Lead Electrical Engineer

Job title: Lead Engineer - Electrical

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

• Electrical System Studies (Load flow, short circuit studies, Motor Starting study, Relay Coordination, Arc Flash Study) using the ETAP version 11.1.1/12.5.0.
• Preparation of Single Line Diagrams, Relay and Metering Diagrams, Electrical layouts.
• Preparation of specifications and Datasheet for various electrical equipment
• Sizing calculation Transformer, DG, Earthing, Lighting, Cables, Battery, UPS etc.
• Preparation of Cable Schedules, Interconnection Schedules, Switchgear schedule, MTO.
• Reviewing of offers & preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation Report.
• Review and Approval of Vendor Drawings and Documents.
• Inspection of Equipments at Vendor Works.
• Coordination with other departments, client, and vendors for better understanding of project
• requirement.
• Regular site visits for coordination meeting with client, site team and vendor.

Candidate Requirements:

• More 10+ years experience in industrial and O&G projects/ EPC consulting firm.
• Technically sound
• Self-Disciplined
• Good Listener
• Proactive for executor
• Technical Qualification - Sound knowledge of Software Knowledge of various standards like Dialux / ETAP / Autocad .
• Preferred- Experience in electrical power distribution network of Medium Voltage and Low voltage system of Oil & gas projects. Technically sound in switchgears (Application, protection & control), Transformer, motors UPS and Emergency power supply and plant layouts
