About the role: Engineer Piping / Designer-Piping

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD plant 3d projects, Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, Petrochemical etc.
• Self-motivated, work independently under guidance of lead on individual project.
• Knowledge of Plant 3D custom-based project setup. Create isometric templates and orthographic templates according to client standard documents (Tender).
• Piping spec Prepare custom catalog and specifications.
• S-KEY Generation and Custom Model Mapping.
• 3d Modify XML files in the root directory. Map data files as per custom (client) requirements.
• Integrate drawing properties data through the Plant 3D Data Manager.
• Required good knowledge of piping layout design concepts & materials
• Extraction of various reports like Interferences, Reports, MTO, Line List, Design Parameters, and Insulation
• Prepare project execution plans and deliverables in different formats based on client requirements.
• Administration of Plant 3D model, customization to suit project requirements, and support to multi-discipline end users of model and a hand-on experience on SQL database Knowledge in International Codes and Practices.
• Understand the logic behind tasks. Find appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional ethics. Coordinate effectively with the team and Coordination with client.
• Keep knowledge updated. Resolve tasks efficiently.
• Conducting internal training and Good written and communication skills.

Candidate requirements:

• AutoCAD plant 3d, Navis manage, Ms office, Responsible for 3d tool activities knowledge of Piping material specification, like ASME, API, ASTM codes and standards
• Experience: 4-6 Years

Educational Qualifications: Mechanical / Chemical Engineering. or Diploma in Mechanical.
