Job Summary: As a Marketing Manager at PalTech, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, driving growth, and fostering innovation. Your focus areas will include digital marketing strategies, brand building, and internal marketing initiatives. You'll lead a dynamic marketing team, create impactful campaigns, and engage both employees and prospects. Your strategic vision will be instrumental in positioning PalTech as a top employer and industry thought leader.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Manage our dynamic marketing team, driving tangible outcomes aligned with company goals and priorities.
• Brand Building: Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies across email, social media, and digital channels to enhance brand awareness. Have end-to-end ownership of the outcomes.
• Digital Marketing Prowess: Design and execute comprehensive online campaigns, from inbound marketing to email campaigns, content marketing, SEO, SMM, ABM, PPC advertising, and video marketing.
• Impactful Content Creation: Craft compelling and professional marketing collateral, including blog posts, white papers, blogs, webinars, case studies, and testimonials.
• Sales Content: Envision/design the theme(s) and develop content for lead generation campaigns.
• KPI tracking and Budget Forecasting/planning: Plan/forecast the budget and set engagement goals for social media posts and meticulously track performance metrics across all channels. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet established objectives.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, promoting the PalTech brand to prospective customers and employees.
• Industry Networking: Engage with thought leaders at industry events and conferences to position PalTech as an employer and partner of choice.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Overall ~7 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of ~5 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Education: Master's Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Tools Proficiency: Proficient at utilizing Marketing and AI tools, and web analytics.
• End-to-end ownership and Leading experience: Past record of ownership of marketing outcomes.
• SEO/SEM: Good working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
