The CRM Solutions Developer will be responsible for developing and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using technologies such as Salesforce and Dell Boomi. We are looking for a candidate who will be developing CRM applications using salesforce platform. This role will collaborate closely with analyst and technical team to ensure that the system accurately meets the defined business requirements, system performance and security requirements.
The person in this position will contribute to the growth of the company through sales and customer service strategy execution by developing CRM solutions.
This position is part of the CRM Operations team and will be based in Pune India office.
In this role you will have opportunity to:
Build and Deploy Tools to leverage Best Practices around Salesforce Applications to measure Sales and Service Effectiveness.
- Work closely with Sales and Service Ops team to support sales, marketing and service processes including standard work around Funnel Management, Lead Management, Case Management, Work Order Management, Quote Management, Sales and Service standard of work.
- Participate in deployment projects as a developer including but not limited to translating functional requirements to technical solution, configuring and developing CRM applications. Document technical design, process diagrams and flows.
- Execute the strategy partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT and Sales Enablement team members.
- Incorporate industry proven best practices in developing CRM solutions.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to service, sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree Computer Science, Information Systems of related programs. 3+ years of experience in configuring and customizing salesforce components.
- Salesforce platform app builder and platform developer I certifications required.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
- Experience in configuring and developing solutions using salesforce configurations, Lightning (Aura/LWC) components, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Apex Components and Test Methods.
- Experience in Deployment using Force.com IDE, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Hands on experience with CRM Analytics, QlikView, and other Sales Analytics technologies
- Experience with ERP, master data, customer hierarchies.
- Experience integrating Salesforce CRM with other internal/external applications using SOAP and REST based web services
