Role & responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure land-owner inputs and clearance for setting up of stores and handover to legal / commercial team for due diligence, verification of property documents, obtaining NOC if any, mall related approvals if any, etc.
• On getting clearance for a project, close the agreement with the property-owner and hand over to projects team for initiating store design & implementation
• Work with the Projects team on first cut store layout & zoning.
• Ensure the franchisee payments to the distributor are as per norms.
• Ensure the EBO (franchisee) and Distributor send Quarterly claims along with the supporting payment details, store up-keep & reporting.
• After store opening, review rent against revenues to ensure that rent as a percentage of sales does not exceed the set norms.
