Educational Qualifications :

Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site job located in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and careers and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.

Key Responsibilities :
- Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- Design orientation programs to familiarize employees with company culture, values, and IT-specific workflows.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Plan, implement, and assess employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, town halls, and surveys.
- Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits.
- Knowledge of HR practices and compliance regulations.
- Implement and monitor the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.

Experience and Soft Skills Required: :
- Must have good understanding of latest technology hiring trends.
- Hands on experience on various job portals used for sourcing.

- Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
