Work Days : Monday Friday
Work Timings : 10:30 AM 7:30 PM
Salary : As per Industry Standards
Educational Qualifications :
  • Bachelor s or master s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Talent Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing skills
  • Recruitment Process Management skills
  • Collaboration and Communication abilities
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site job located in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and careers and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
  • Design orientation programs to familiarize employees with company culture, values, and IT-specific workflows.
  • Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Plan, implement, and assess employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, town halls, and surveys.
  • Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and compliance regulations.
  • Implement and monitor the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Organize workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.

Experience and Soft Skills Required: :
  • Must have good understanding of latest technology hiring trends.
  • Hands on experience on various job portals used for sourcing.

  • Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
