Job Opening: College Counsellor Home Visit (Delhi-NCR) | "Feet on Street" Model:

Location: Delhi-NCR (Field Job Home Visits)

Requirement: Own vehicle is mandatory

Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred: BBA/MBA)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in admissions, sales, or counselling (EdTech experience – Byju’s, CollegeVidya, College Admission is a plus)

Work Expectation: 3-5 home visits per day

At ReviewAdda, we bring college admission guidance directly to students’ homes. Our Home Visit Counsellors help students & parents make informed decisions about universities, courses, and career paths—ensuring a hassle-free admission process without them needing to visit multiple colleges.

Role Overview:

As an Admission Counsellor, you will meet students and parents at their homes across Delhi-NCR, providing one-on-one career counseling and assisting in choosing the right partner universities of ReviewAdda. You will play a vital role in lead conversion, student relationship management, and enrollment support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 3-5 home visits daily to provide in-person counselling to students & parents.
• Understand student requirements regarding courses, universities, fees, and career goals.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions by offering personalized guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.
• Shortlist best-fit universities based on the student’s profile and assist with documentation & visa processing.
• Maintain and report weekly/monthly progress on lead conversions and targets.

Required Skills:

✔️ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

✔️ Sales acumen & target-driven approach.

✔️ Expertise in student counselling for Indian & international admissions.

✔️ High energy, self-motivation & confidence to engage with students/parents in person.

✔️ Experience in EdTech (Byju’s, CollegeVidya, Unacademy, etc.) is a plus.

✔️ Own vehicle required for daily home visits across Delhi-NCR.
