Job Description
- Develop technical training programs for engineers and designers working with:
- SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation)
- AVEVA Instruction Design Modules
- Cable Tray & Support Systems in E3D/S3D/PDMS
- 2D Drafting in AutoCAD & MicroStation
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories to create effective learning solutions.
- Design interactive e-learning courses, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, and blended learning experiences .
- Create hands-on exercises, case studies, and assessments tailored to industry-specific software applications.
- Develop role-based learning paths for engineers, designers, and drafting professionals.
Requirements
Bachelor\ or Master\ degree in Instructional Design, Engineering, CAD Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field .
