Job Description
- Research: Develop, configure and optimize the technical projects from inception. Performing process simulations and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Research: To develop a process for separating fibres and polymers with maximum efficiency.
- Development: Evaluate current processes and develop improvements to cost, safety, quality, and efficiency
- Development : Perform chemical analysis and physical property testing of materials products
- Development : Develop associations with vendors and partners.
- Quality: Developing best practices to ensure product quality. Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrade process.
- Manage the entire PadCare product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure the successful execution of the project plan.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Ensure timely communication of project progress and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components and products.
- Lead the development of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures to ensure high-quality and efficient production of PadCare.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirement
Role Requirements:
- We are looking for resourceful, and energetic folks excited by the intersection of science and impact -
- Bachelor's degree in chemical/biochemical engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with product development processes, including design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
