Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Customer communication, give quotations, sending samples and follow-up for orders,

Communicate with internal team for Order Processing (complete order to delivery cycle)

Regularly Update customers about order status

Ensure timely processing of orders and ask payments from customers.
To be a single point of contact for customers

Preferred candidate profile

Should be smart and fluent in English and Hindi

Should be clear in communication
