Pharmacist

Position: Full-Time Pharmacist (Catalogue & SKU Management)

Location: Remote (India)

Department: Operations / Technology Team

Reports To: Head of Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable pharmacist to manage and maintain our product SKUs and catalogues. The role involves collaborating closely with the operations and technology teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of pharmacy product data across multiple platforms, including delivery partners. This is a full-time remote position, suited to someone with a strong knowledge of pharmacy products and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. SKU and Catalogue Management
• Prepare, update, and maintain a master list of pharmacy product SKUs.
• Accurately match SKUs with catalogues for delivery platforms (e.g. Uber Eats, DoorDash).
• Conduct regular audits to ensure product data integrity.
2. Team Collaboration
• Work with the operations team to onboard new pharmacies to platform partners.
• Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SKU management.
3. Pharmacy Product Knowledge
• Verify product names, and SKUs.
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in product catalogues.
4. Data Quality Assurance
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance with platform requirements.
• Regularly monitor and update catalogue data based on pharmacy needs and customer feedback.
5. Reporting & Documentation
• Generate reports on catalogue performance, including SKU changes and updates.
• Document workflows and provide recommendations to improve SKU and data management processes.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy or related roles (experience in inventory or catalogue management is an advantage)

• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy products, especially OTC items.
• Proficiency with data management tools (Excel, Microsoft suite, etc.)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Technology Skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
