Responsibilities

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
User Research: Understand user behaviors, pain points, and preferences through surveys, interviews, and user testing.
Product Requirements: Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance cases and work with development teams to bring those requirements into reality. Product Analytics: Analyse product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for technology and product management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
