Influencer Marketing:
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, and product teams to identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
- Develop content ideas and write and curate content.
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers.
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
- Create and implement comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns to elevate the company's brand image and support business goals.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for media coverage, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of PR campaigns and media coverage.
- Prepare regular reports on PR activities, media impressions, and ROI for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience 3 years+ in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Influencer Marketing Platforms, social media Analytics Tools) is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance considerations in influencer marketing is desirable.
