We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for Civil Engineer / Architecture eager to gain hands-on experience in construction site management.

Experience: Minimum 2 years

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Project Coordination*: Oversee daily operations, ensuring renovation tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to design specifications.

- *Team Supervision*: Manage and guide construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow.

- *Quality Control*: Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure high-quality standards throughout the renovation process.

- *Safety Management*: Enforce safety standards on-site, conduct safety checks, and ensure compliance with regulations.

- *Client Liaison*: Communicate to understand the vision, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.

- *Material & Resource Management*: Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of materials and supplies to avoid project delays.

- *Problem Solving*: Address on-site challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

- *Compliance*: Ensure all renovation work meets local building codes, permits, and legal requirements.

- *Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any changes or incidents on-site.

Experience- Minimum 2 years
