Site Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

• Thoroughly understand project plans and specifications, including product layouts, finishes, and material selections.
• Take measurements, record the same and convey to the sales team.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Track project timeline and identify potential cost or other variations.

Team Supervision:

• Lead and manage the on-site installation team, including carpenters, technical staff, and installers.
• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their skills.
• Provide on-site training and ensure adherence to company quality standards.

Site Coordination:

• Coordinate with subcontractors like electricians, plumbers, and flooring installers to ensure smooth project flow.
• Manage deliveries and material logistics on-site.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy (at warehouse).

Quality Control:

• Perform regular quality checks on installation work to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Identify and address any quality issues promptly.
• Conduct final inspections before project handover to the client.

Client Communication:

• Regularly update clients on project progress, including any potential challenges or changes.
• Address client concerns and requests promptly.
• Facilitate communication between the client and design team.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce all safety protocols on-site and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the project manager.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and punch lists.

Prepare necessary paperwork for project closeout
