Accounts Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, bills payment, invoicing, vendor reconciliation, and daily accounting tasks.
  
• Perform advanced excel functions such as pivot tables and vlookup for data analysis.
  
• Utilize Tally ERP software for financial management.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  
• Provide support in month-end closing activities including journal entries and reporting.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in accountancy or related field (accounts payable/receivable).
  
• B.Com degree from a recognized university (preferably commerce background).
  
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with expertise in pivot tables and vlookups; proficiency in Tally ERP required.
