This is a full- time on- site role for a Retention Manager located in Pune at Provilac Milk. The Retention Manager should be professional with at least 3 years of experience in managing CRM- based marketing using emails, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other marketing automation channels.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate should be an expert in tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap and capable of auditing gaps and strategizing owned channel marketing for e- commerce/D2C brands.
- Drive the end- to- end customer lifecycle journey through various Engagement and Retention strategies across customers.
- Execute and manage key reactivation mediums like Push/SMS/Email/WhatsApp and In- app and Web channels.
- Hands- on experience on Platforms like Clever Tap, MoEngage, and other tools
- Strategize and implement owned channel marketing tailored for e- commerce/D2C brands.
- Set up various marketing flows and campaigns using advanced features in marketing automation tools.
- Establish and scale marketing automation systems, ensuring efficient processes are in place.
- Utilize segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Design and conduct experiments to determine optimal channels, communication methods, and timings for scaling brand outreach.
- Own and achieve revenue targets associated with retention and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate closely with design, and tech teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to drive decision- making and strategy refinement.
Qualifications:
- Customer Retention and Retention Strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM- based marketing, specifically for e- commerce/D2C brands.
- Expertise in marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
- Creative thinker with strong problem- solving skills.
