UI/UX Developer

Role & responsibilities:

• Designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translating user stories & requirements into interactive prototypes and design specifications.
• Conducting user research & usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth integration of design solutions.
• Staying updated on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Understanding of back-end technologies and how front-end code integrates with them.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Preferred candidate profile:

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator,
  Web Flow
• Front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Understanding of user-centered design principles: This includes knowledge of UX research
  methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
• Strong communication & collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate design
  decisions and work effectively within a team.
• Problem-solving & analytical skills
• Take requirements and create wireframes.
• Demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills
