Job Description

As a Lead Engineer at Ozone, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality components of the Ozone API product. With your extensive experience in software development and team leadership, you will be instrumental in driving our technology forward and maintaining our position at the forefront of open banking API software platforms.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain critical components of the Ozone software application.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Contribute to the evolution of Ozones engineering practices, ensuring the adoption of best practices in software design and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the engineering strategy with the overall business goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric development within the team.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with a strong background in Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Proven experience in software architecture and design, with the ability to independently conceptuali
