Job Description
Oyster Renewable Energy is looking for Project Development Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential project opportunities aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis to assess the viability and potential impact of proposed projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, budget, timeline, and resource requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, finance, operations, and legal to secure buy-in and support for project initiatives
- Lead project teams through the execution phase by coordinating activities, managing resources, and monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on project status, identify risks and issues, and solicit feedback and input as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to streamline project development and execution processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance and outcomes to evaluate success against predefined metrics and objectives
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders as required
