We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Associate to support our team with day-to-day tasks related to bookings and CRM updates. You will be responsible for registering and tracking guest consumption details (electricity, water, gas) accurately and ensuring all records are up to date in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update guest booking details in CRMs
• Log and maintain accurate records of utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) for each guest
• Use Excel to track, organize, and analyze consumption data
• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and follow-ups
• Generate reports and assist in identifying trends or discrepancies
• Support operational tasks and administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience or familiarity with CRM tools and/or booking platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic analysis, formatting)
• Comfortable using a laptop and web-based tools; quick learner with new software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyole & responsibilities
