Accounts And Operations Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting and Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial aspects of our operations, utilizing Tally ERP software, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Create and send payment links to distributors/sellers:* Facilitate timely and accurate payments by generating and distributing payment links.

- *Liaise with distributors and customers:* Coordinate payment-related communications with distributors and customers to ensure timely collections and resolve any payment discrepancies.

- *Bookkeeping and accounting in Tally ERP:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions using Tally ERP software.

- *Preparation and management of books of accounts:* Responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and management of books of accounts, records, and financial documents.

- *Preparation and reporting of Daily/Monthly/periodical MIS:* Generate and present monthly or periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior management.

- *Managing billing, receivables, and collection:* Oversee billing processes, manage receivables, and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

- *Managing Banking operations/Reconciliations:* Handle banking operations including reconciliations, payments, and managing operational fund flow and cash flow.

*Qualifications and Skills:*

- Bachelor's degree.

- Proven experience (2 years) in accounting and finance roles.

- Proficiency in using Tally ERP software and advanced Excel skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
